Briefs: AvWeek space slashed; TSA - private aircraft gatekeeper
An Aviation Week subscription isn't cheap and I've been wondering if it is worth it concerning the relatively little coverage of entrepreneurial space activities that it provides. Now it looks like the excellent coverage of the mainstream space world may fade away as well:

A reader points to this item, which is not directly relevant to space transport but is worrying for those of us who don't think an ever expanding web of regulations on all aspects of aerospace is necessarily a positive trend:
