At this point, I think NASA should just pick an option and stick to it or 2020 will pass us by as we'll still be stuck in the powerpoint stage of development trying to find the best plan.

ZRV885: They did that. They picked Ares and are trying to stick with it. See where it got us?

Instead of picking one option, they should make sure that they always have _more_ than one option.

Like Atlas V and Delta IV, Falcon 9 and Taurus II, ...

The right way to do this is a depot architecture
